1. Direct payment online OR receipt of an invoice with payment details by request online / telephone / email, should be considered booking confirmation.
2. Once a booking is confirmed there is no refund on cancellations.
3. Substitute participation will be accepted; subject to prior notification to the organisers.
4. The organiser reserves the right to alter any of the arrangement of CIM activities and events, including cancellation of an event, should unforeseen circumstances require such action. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and/or inconvenience to delegates.
5. By registering for CIM activities, delegates give permission for their contact details to be used for official purposes.
